On 13 July, Saturday, BKV - with the Zugliget Chairlift - will join again the Night of Chairlifts, a countrywide event. Passengers can relish the Budapest panorama and the chairlift ride from 7 p.m. on 13 July until 1 a.m. on 14 July 2024. Tickets for the event sold in a limited number can now be purchased at the Deák tér Underground Museum. A return ticket for this event costs 5000 HUF, you can pay cash only. Children under 3 years of age travel for free.

With the Chairlift Loyalty Card, offered to Chairlift enthusiasts, the first 100 customers can redeem their tickets at a 50% discount for the 9th Night of Chairlifts! The card can be acquired by paying a one-time fee, the amount of which is HUF 6,000 for adults, while the student card costs HUF 3,000. The Chairlift Loyalty Card is valid for 365 days after the issuance.

Best public transport options to the Zugliget Chairlift are buses 291 and R158 (the latter being a retro bus service, running directly from Széll Kálmán tér).
