The RED NOSE Clown Doctors bring laughter to BKK / BKV services on the International Day of Happiness

2024-03-20 09:12:00

On 20 March, the RED NOSE Clown Doctors will cheer up passengers on BKK / BKV services. On this day, positive messages of the clown doctors will be announced from the loudspeakers on board of public transport vehicles in the capital city, and in the morning hours, the travelling public can meet them personally on tram lines 2 and 47/49.
In 2012, the UN General Assembly appointed 20 March as the International Day of Happiness.
The common campaign of BKV, BKK and the RED NOSE Clown Doctors Foundation aims at drawing the attention of our passengers to the fact that laughing has a positive impact on our physical and mental health and on our well-being.
The RED NOSE Clown Doctors Foundation’s mission is to bring humour and laughter through its Clown Doctors to the lives of those who need them. Day by day, they visit children’s wards at hospitals, institutions assisting disabled children and nursing homes to help the mental and emotional well-being of children and the elderly in difficult situations.
