The trade unions accepted the draft wage agreement prepared by the employer - taking into account the trade union's comments and suggestions - accordingly, at yesterday’s meeting of the wage negotiation series, the parties agreed on the details of the wage development for the year 2024.
The rate of the basic wage rise is 12.5% on average, and other wage components also increase.
