Shipping nearby downtown Budapest, BKV’s riverboats show the capital city's wonderful scenery, historical sites and outstanding architectural creations from a unique perspective. Passengers eager to know more about the sights are provided with information in 11 languages, which can be accessed with their smartphone by scanning the QR code displayed on the vessel.

The round trip service cruises between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. On its one-hour route, it serves embarking and disembarking ports Kossuth Lajos tér, Margitsziget (Margaret Island),  Centenáriumi emlékmű (Centennial Monument), Batthyány tér, Várkert Bazár, Petőfi tér, eventually returning to Kossuth Lajos tér.

Boats leave port at Kossuth tér on the hour.

Bicycles and dogs (or other pets in pet carriers) can be transported by the round trip service. The service can be used all day (from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.) with a day ticket - even with interruptions.

Fares:

  * Adult day ticket (from 18 years old) – 1800 HUF

  * Children's day ticket (ages 3-18) – 900 HUF

  * Day ticket for a dog (or pet transported in a pet carrier) – 1000 HUF

  * Bicycle – 1,000 HUF

The evening sightseeing boat departs from Kossuth tér and arrives there. It serves no other ports.
